This is a 3 day, 30 hour Core Texas Real Estate course, Friday - Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Any time missed (even one minute) must be made up before you may test or receive credit. Please check in at the front desk no later than 8:15 am on the first day of class. Students who do not check in on the first day of EACH course will not receive proper credit.

Tuition, Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee applicable to each course. No refund will be made unless the school is notified in writing, prior to the start of the class, of the student's intent to withdraw. Once a student pays for a class, he/she may audit or retake the class without paying for the class again. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the purchase date. School reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class for insufficient enrollment or other reasons. In the event of cancellation by school, all tuitions will be promptly refunded in full or may be transferred by student to another course at no additional charge.

All classes must be 100 % completed to receive credit. Attendance is recorded at the beginning of and during the course. Any time missed for any reason must be made up before credit is given. Students are permitted, by TREC, to miss up to 10 hours of any 30 hour core course. If a student misses in excess of 10 hours the student will be automatically dropped from the course with no credit given. Failure by student to complete make-up work by attending a corresponding class covering the material previously missed and complete and pass the final exam within 90 days from the start date shown on this enrollment agreement, will automatically drop student from course with no credit or refund. Student may re-enroll, pay the tuition fee, complete the course, pass the final exam and then receive full credit for the course.

Prior to receiving credit for a course, a grade of 70% or better must be obtained on the final exam. Should student be unable to sit for final exam, but has completed the course in full, student may arrange a time, between 8:00 am and 5:00 PM weekdays, to take the final exam at the school by appointment. All make-up work must be completed by student prior to taking the final exam. Student must pass the exam within 90 days from the start date of the course shown herein. Should a student fail the final exam, student will be allowed to retake the final exam one time after a seven day waiting period. If student fails the final exam a second time, the student will be required to repeat the entire course. Completion of course within 90 days from the date of course shown herein will be provided at no cost to student if student fails the final exam.

Student’s enrollment will be terminated for anti-social or disruptive behavior, as viewed by school staff or instructor(s). Any student terminated for these reasons will not be permitted to re-enter school. Refunds are not permitted when a student is terminated from school.
